Executive Director
ProWorks’ Executive Director assumes responsibility for all matters relating to ProWorks’ services, personnel and property; the Executive Director is an ex office member of the ProWorks Board of Directors, and is directly responsible to the Board of Directors.

Program Manager
ProWorks’ Program Manager, in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, develops Community Support Services Plan – Addendum; oversees the implementation and evaluation of each Community Support Services Plan – Addendum, and provides training and supervision to ProWorks’ instructors. The Program Manager is directly responsible to the Director.

Office Manager/Human Resources
The Office Manager is responsible for many matters relating to the efficient daily operation of ProWorks; the Office Manager is directly responsible to ProWorks Director.

Employment Services Professional
The ESP creates work opportunities for individuals served by ProWorks; the ESP is responsible for all matters involving the acquisition of center-based work procurement and completion, and community-based work contracts; the ESP is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Director. The ESP supervises Direct Service Personnel (DSPs) and job coaches involved in the completion of al work contracts.

Direct Service Professional
The Direct Service Professional provides training and care, as directed in each person’s Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP); note that the CSSP will contain the person’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) and/or Individual Treatment Plan (ITP); the DSP is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Program Coordinator.

Custodian
The custodian cleans and maintains ProWorks’ buildings and grounds, and performs building & grounds “light” maintenance duties; the custodian is directly responsible to ProWorks’ Director.

Route Driver
The Route Driver provides for the safe transport of persons receiving ProWorks’ services; the driver is directly responsible for ProWorks’ Program Managers.
