ProWorks, Inc. is licensed by the MN Department of Human Services, under MN Statute Chapter 245D, as an intensive support service provider. ProWorks provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and/or related conditions, brain injury or mental health issues, who reside within a 30-mile radius of Litchfield, MN. Center-based services are provided at five licensed program sites in Litchfield and Dassel, MN. Community-based services are provided in Meeker County. ProWorks has served Meeker County since September of 1975.
ProWorks Board of Directors
ProWorks is governed by a six-member Board of Directors. The Annual Meeting of the corporation, for the purpose of election of officers, on the fourth Tuesday in March; regular meetings of the Board are held on the first Tuesday in February, the fourth Tuesdays in April, July and October, and the first Tuesday in December.
