Dale, assumes the responsibility for all matters relating to ProWorks’ services, personnel & property.  He is the ex officeo member of ProWorks’ Board of Directors, and is directly responsible to the Board of Directors.

Start Date: March 2002

Sharon manages the health & safety needs of our clients and also develops & writes program plans and coordinates the client case loads. She assists the Executive Director in program operations and supervises and trains the staff.

Dave develops & writes program plans and coordinates the client case loads.  He assists the Executive Director in program operations and trains the staff.

 

                                                 Audrey Oster, Work Coordinator

AudreyStart Date: August 1975

Audrey is the contact person for procuring, bidding and managing work contracts at both the Litchfield and Dassel sites.  Her DOL taining helps ProWorks stay in compliance with FLSA labor laws including establishing piece rates and special hourly rates for our workers.

Barb Knudsen, Business Manager

Start Date: Sept 1988

Barb handles of all the matters related to the everyday fiscal operation of ProWorks; accounts receivable, payroll, payroll liabilities, tax reporting and county/DHS billing.  As Human Resouce Coordinator, she organizes and manages all staff benefits, meetings and contracts.

 

Linda P. & DiannaDianna Ertl, Office Manger

Start Date: March 1985

Dianna handles matters related to the everyday operation of ProWorks; accounts payable, payroll, tax reporting. She keeps track of attendance for billing and coordinates transportation for clients.
